I believe in God: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and the only way to Heaven is through Jesus Christ. I am saved from eternal damnation because Jesus died on the cross for my (and the world's) sins. He is my Lord, Redeemer, Savior, and Friend. And Yes, I would give my life proclaiming so.

I believe everything we do is a choice. Life is what we make of it: only we write our own autobiography.

I believe that homosexuality is a sin and is wrong. Chemicals the brain trigger may help these feelings, but it is still a choice. However, homosexuals are humans that have rights just like everyone else and should be granted those rights (not additional rights). I have several friends who are either gay, lesbian, or bisexual. I support them as people-their personality, their faith, who they are, but I don't necessarily support their sexual orientation. I support human and civil rights, not glbt rights. Also, while this lifestyle choice is a sin, so is lying, cheating, swearing, and all of those other things people do all the time. It isn't right to condemn and judge when there are own planks to pull out of our own eyes first.

I believe abortion is murder. The only time it's acceptable is when it's medically impossible for the mother and/or the baby the live through the pregnancy, i.e. tubal pregnancies.

I believe cloning is wrong in anything except in plants, especially humans. And even at that, only for medicinal purposes. Quit playing God.

I believe that pornography destroys relationships, especially in marriage. It also degrades the act of love making and sex. And if it is allowed, it should only be available by paying for it, like it used to be. i.e. magazines, pay internet sites.

I believe prison systems are functioning the wrong way. All criminals should be educated in some way. Minor offenders (such as drug dealers) should be taught how to lead productive, ethical lives instead of taking up jail space and spending my tax money on their welfare. I also believe serious felons (such as murderers) should be educated as well, but they are the ones that should pay for their consequences in jail, rather than giving them the death penalty. The idea of "kill for killing" is not the way. I am against the death penalty, especially for minors (-18 y/o).

I believe if you stick it, you deal it. If you think you're responsible and grown up enough to have sex, then you need to be responsible and grown up enough to face the consequences. That means, taking care of that baby or dealing with the STD and not spreading it. Get educated and learn about safe sex if you're going to do it. If you're young, just be a kid. You'll always be grown up, but you're only a kid once. Cherish it.

I believe stereotyping and labelling are things people hype up to make themselves look good. Sometimes labels are accurate, but not always. Labels are ways people feel they can fit it. Sometimes it's positive and sometimes it's negative, but either way, it's important not to make judgement based on labels, stereotypes, background, or appearance.

English should be the official language of the United States.

People need to learn how to drive in various weather conditions, i.e. snow/ice.

Bus drivers should not have to drive and play baby-sitter at the same time.

Everyone should be entitled to the same rights, the same opportunities. We're all human.

True beauty is on the inside. Personality, intelligence, attitude, and character mold a person into who they are; not their outward appearance.

Sunsets and sunrises in a West Texas sky are some of the most amazing sites. I'm always captivated at each stunning one. Luckily, I get to see a lot of them because I'm always driving at sunrise.
